Nexus CPA Group is proud to carry forward the legacy of Denning, Downey, & Associates, CPAs (“DDA”), founded by Bob Denning and Kim Downey in 1994. DDA earned a strong reputation in Montana by providing high-quality audit and accounting services to local governments, built on a commitment to excellence and integrity. Over the years, this dedication allowed DDA to grow and thrive, serving over 120 local governments across the state and establishing itself as an industry leader.
On July 1, 2025, Nexus CPA Group was formed as the rebranded successor to DDA. Although our name has changed, our focus and expertise remain the same. We continue to specialize in audit and advisory services for Montana’s local governments, staying true to the core principles that have guided our practice from the beginning.
